Why Kismo exists
Finding a good astrologer has always depended on word of mouth. Online it became harder, not easier: endless lists of names, prices that are hard to read, and readings that end in a sales pitch. We built Kismo to make consulting an astrologer online as dependable as a recommendation from someone you trust.
How we look after quality
Astrologers apply to Kismo and are reviewed by our team before their profile is published. They tell us about their training and practice, verify their identity and record a reading on a real case study, and only a reading that holds up gets a profile.
After that, the people they consult keep the standard. Every session can be rated and reviewed, those ratings decide who we recommend first, and an astrologer whose sessions stop holding up is no longer put forward.
Quality also lives in everything around the reading: one per-minute rate on the profile and that same rate on your bill, a chat that pauses for a top-up instead of cutting off when your balance runs low, every paid conversation kept for you to read again, and a support team that works for Kismo, not for the astrologer.
How we find your match
When you join, we ask what is on your mind, which languages your astrologer should speak and your birth details. From that we put forward the astrologers who are online now, speak your language, practise in the area you asked about and are rated well by the clients before you.
You can always browse everyone, filter by language and practice, and read what other clients said. If the astrologer you want is away, ask us to tell you the moment they are back online.
